At times the outer carton of the TV may exhibit signs of wear/damage, yet the product itself is in pristine condition. While in transit, it is completely normal for the outside box to have such marks, as its purpose is to protect the TV. If there is any damage please contact us immediately. Once a TV has been signed for as inspected and undamaged, NO DAMAGED CLAIM CAN BE OPEN. By signing, you are stating that the TV has been inspected completely, and has arrived in good working conditon. There are no exceptions to this rule. From time to time, a TV is delivered that has a manufacurer defect. All defective TVs will be handled through the manufacturer warranty to avoid expensive shipping and handling costs.
