A $10.00 handling fee will charged for all pick-ups. 32 TVs and Smaller TVs are shipped via UPS with cost calculated at checkout. 37 TVs and Larger will ship via a freight company at a flat rate as indicated. Products are not in original manufacturer packaging, but securely packaged. Orders are shipped 13 Business Days after receiving payment. This item ships via a freight carrier due to its size (44x34x15) or weight (116.00lbs) . Please make sure to provide us with your phone number when ordering this item so that the shipping company can arrange for delivery. Payment We only accept payment by PayPal. Immediate payment is required, or within 5 days of auction closing. We charge sales tax in Colorado and Indiana. State taxes will be calculated at checkout. Returns Please contact our Customer Service team if you have any issues with your item. Defective items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. This warranty covers items that arrive DOA or have some other kind of functional anomaly not related to damage incurred during shipping and handling. We do not guarantee the DVD player will work in the TVs with built-in DVD players and the players are not covered under our warranty. Non-Defective Merchandise that is safely returned while under warranty entitles the customer to a refund of the sale price, less a 15% restocking fee.
