I bought this TV 13 days ago at an HHGREGG for $899 plus tax. I had done a lot of internet research and it sounded like a good TV and had everything I wanted.

Pleasantly surprised
It’s not because we have been using a 20″ tube tv for the last year or so…I have plenty of friends who have upgraded to flat panel tv’s.

I am very pleased with this tv. The picture is sharp and clear. The sound is great. I have a small room and it still does not overpower the space.

We bought the 47LG50 a year ago and liked it so much that we also bought the 42LG50.
Both have wonderful picture and color.

Since having bad dealings, quality-wise, with Samsung I wanted to stay away from them and stumbled upon this LG.

Wonderful and easy to set up. It took me longer to attach the stand than to turn it on, go through the few menus and start watching TV.
