Great TV, but…
I bought this TV 13 days ago at an HHGREGG for $899 plus tax. I had done a lot of internet research and it sounded like a good TV and had everything I wanted.

Pleasantly surprised
It’s not because we have been using a 20″ tube tv for the last year or so…I have plenty of friends who have upgraded to flat panel tv’s.

LG 42LG50 42-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV
I am very pleased with this tv. The picture is sharp and clear. The sound is great. I have a small room and it still does not overpower the space.

Great Television
I got a great deal on this TV, so I ignored the sound issue reviews and went ahead and purchased it… Now that I have it, I am not sure what the sound issue is.

Video great audio not the best but happy with purchase
I give this TV a good rating however I feel that it has a flaw. The audio could be better and I did see other reviews that also identified the sound as an issue but I did not…

We bought the 47LG50 a year ago and liked it so much that we also bought the 42LG50.

Great quality, and underrated in “pro” reviews.
Since having bad dealings, quality-wise, with Samsung I wanted to stay away from them and stumbled upon this LG.

LG LCD 42″ 1080
Wonderful and easy to set up. It took me longer to attach the stand than to turn it on, go through the few menus and start watching TV.
